As a registered individual external to an event we are organising, we have to process data about you: family name, first name, contact details, company, and phone number, and possibly the answers to the questions that are asked during registration or in the satisfaction survey from the event.
Such data are exclusively used as part of the event for which you are registering in order to:
- send you your registration confirmation,
- contribute to its organisation (list of participants, entry controls),
- let us analyse the answers to the questions asked.
We may also have to suggest you future events we will organise.
Exercising your rights
