In the context of the current health crisis, PEPITE, the national network of student-entrepreneurs, has posted several innovative, supportive initiatives on the main page of their website to help both professionals and the public.

The network of 32 PEPITEs (student hubs for innovation, transfer and entrepreneurship) is connected to the national status of student-entrepreneur, and was founded in 2014. It has helped to create "the ecosystem that students and young graduates need to succeed with their entrepreneurial projects." The network has decided to showcase a few of these projects.

The PEPITEs take action

During this unprecedented period, the PEPITE network has focused on presenting a few initiatives that it's supporting and developing in various areas of the fight to stop COVID-19. The goal of these initiatives is to provide support to the general public and professionals in terms of health care, safety and the quarantine: educational assistance, medical care, safety, virus prevention, etc.

For a more detailed summary of these initiatives, visit their website!

JurisLogic, a methodology e-learning startup, is offering an online education platform specializing in law that allows students to access the entire catalog of classes and study tools. That's over 150 study sessions in 17 subjects, video methodology classes with study guides, and corrected quizzes and exercises, all available for the token sum of one euro!

Pheal, an app for monitoring chronic conditions remotely, offers all users (patients and/or medical personnel) a free, functional solution during the pandemic that helps provide care remotely to the most vulnerable patients (particularly those with chronic conditions) and those who have contracted or are at high risk of contracting COVID-19.

- R-Pur , a start-up specializing in the French manufacture of protective gear, created in partnership with the engineers of the Institut National des Arts et Métiers. R-Pur supplies industrial anti-pollution masks that meet the urgent needs of professionals in search of protective masks.

SunnyCare, a start-up committed to addressing public health challenges, is currently concerned with the health crisis caused by COVID-19, and is putting its protection and prevention expertise to work for virus prevention. SunnyCare has been installing prevention and hand sanitizer stations in supermarkets and public transportation since mid-April.

Z-zéro, a company that designs innovative projects using its own original 3D printing process, is now printing free protective visors, adapted for faster manufacture and production. The visors have been tested in and are being provided to hospitals in the Paris region.
