The 2020 edition of the PEPITE Prize is open. Applicants have until June 30 to compete for the PEPITE Prize, the Student Pole Prize for Innovation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship. This is the 7th edition of this competition which highlights the national support system for innovative business creation projects by student-entrepreneurs.

Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and BpiFrance, a national organization whose mission is to support business creations in France, the PEPITE Prize aims to promote the creation of innovative and creative businesses by students and young graduates with student-entrepreneur status. 6,500 young people benefit from this status each year.

Who can participate ?

Any student or young graduate of higher education, holder of the status of student-entrepreneur (or having been for less than 3 years) can present their innovative and creative business creation project.

What kind of project ?

Among these "innovative and creative" projects, the student-entrepreneur can propose a technological or non-technological innovation. It can be, for example, a social innovation, use or service or a product innovation, process, marketing, organization ... The company resulting from the project must however be established on French territory.

How to participate ?

Applications are made online. You have to describe his project, define who is the promoter and your team, what is the target market, the marketing plan and its financing needs.

Beyond this preliminary phase, the 33 PEPITES spread over French territory will designate their winners and then their champion, the one whose project is the most promising. These champions will then become the 33 national winners of the PEPITE Springboard Prize for Student Entrepreneurship.

What can you win?

The company of each champion will receive an endowment of 10,000 euros from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The national winners will also be invited to an event organized in partnership with BpiFrance, for an official award ceremony.
