The meeting, designed for Alumni and expanded to the general audience, sought to raise the awareness of participants regarding what it implies to use social networks in a recruitment process or career evolution in our digital and hyper-connectivity era.
In addition to the group exclusively made of professionals from the HR segment, about 30 executives and HR executives were present at the meeting to feed the discussion and contribute to the sharing of knowledge and experience.
Exchanges were moderated by Alain-Richard Chedjou Takam, from Alumni Sciences Po and human resources director at SIC Cacaos.
