Overview
EIGSI has trained general engineers since its creation in 1901. The school welcomes 1,020 students studying for first degrees and following apprenticeships, at its 2 campuses (La Rochelle, Casablanca) and benefits from a network of more than 8,000 graduates.
Teaching is based on a 3-year common core course: basic sciences (mathematics/sciences physiques), engineering sciences (mechanical, computing, electrical, automatic, energy, etc.), business organisation and management, human sciences (management, communication) and languages (two languages compulsory).
In the 4th and 5th years, students choose their career option by following classes in a specific area of expertise (8 majors available, including 1 via an apprenticeship training section).
Admission is possible in the 3rd and 4th year for Bachelor or Master’s graduates
