Overview
The Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Montpellier (IAMM) is an international institute of higher education, development cooperation, and research. It is an arm of the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), an international organization created in 1962 by an intergovernmental agreement later ratified by the legislatures of the 13 member countries.
The CIHEAM-IAMM offers master's-level training in agricultural and agri-food economics, regional development, and natural resource management.
The institute generates knowledge and competencies needed for the training of experts in agriculture, food, and sustainable rural development, and for the development of the countries of the Mediterranean rim.
The CIHEAM-IAMM welcomes students and trainees for short and long-term programs.
