Overview
School of international management founded in 1990, The Institut Paul Bocuse trains students in hotel and restaurant management and in the culinary arts. Rigorous training in a multicultural context prepares graduates to work confidently and comfortably for an international clientele anywhere in the world (hotels, restaurants, casinos, spas, and catering for events, airlines, trains, and ships). 90 full-time and adjunct faculty members: In addition to its own faculty, the institute draws on the faculty of other academic institutionsUniversité Jean Moulin Lyon 3, EM-Lyon, CERAM Nice, University of Oxford, University of London, University of Delaware (United States), Aegean University (Greece)and on members of prestigious professional and trade groups and industry consultants from France and abroad.
