The Université d'Evry is a multidisciplinary university created in 1991 as part of the development of Higher Education in Ile de France and as part of the devolution of Parisian universities. The UEVE is located in an expanding area and offers general academic programs as well as preprofessional programs designed to meet the economic and social needs of the surrounding area.
