A public university and a member of the CPU, CGE, and CDEFI, UTBM is one leg of a four-member network with the Université de Technologie de Troyes, the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and the university of Sino-European Technology of the university of Shanghai. UTBM's mission is education and research and transfer of technology. It grants the diplôme d'ingénieur, master's and doctorate. UTBM has a dynamic international policy with special programs for foreign students.
