Created in 1994, the hotel management school, Vatel Bordeaux brings together more than 50 different nationalities on its two campuses. The establishment offers its 640 students education in French or English, personalized and adapted support in connection with their professional projects, and, geographical environment requires, a specialization in wines and spirits.

This proliferation of students and teachers of diverse origins allows a campus life rich in ideas, points of view, exchanges and always lively.

Vatel Bordeaux offers training in 3 years post baccalaureate "Bachelor in International Hotel Management" (State certified degree level 6) or 5 years post baccalaureate "MBA in International Hotel Management" (State certified degree level 7). These two training courses are registered in the National Repertory of Professional Certifications under the aegis of France Competences.

Vatel Bordeaux obtained the national Qualiopi certification in 2021. This certification attests to the quality of the processes and actions implemented as a training organization, with a view to developing the skills of the people for whom the school is responsible.

New! From the start of the 2022 academic year, Vatel Bordeaux is opening its “International Hospitality Director” MBA as an apprenticeship (program in French).

With the Hospitality & Innovation Lab (laboratory intended to bring out new concepts that will change the face of the hotel and catering industry by and for Vatel Bordeaux students), the Futurum (Forum on the future of the hotel and catering), the Bordeaux International Wine & Spirits Academy, the school continues to innovate year after year for the benefit of its students.
