The ELAN project, "Language Exchange and Innovative Learning through Mobility", aims to encourage the mastery of Caribbean languages and to strengthen school, student, teaching, university and professional mobility within the Caribbean basin.

Its aim is to strengthen the levers of employability and integration for young people, to stimulate the attractiveness and competitiveness of the targeted territories and to encourage the emergence of a shared Caribbean identity, as a basis for successful and sustainable regional integration.

The actions of the ELAN project consist in

• Supporting sustainable school partnerships
• Supporting and encouraging linguistic and cultural exchanges and pedagogical innovations
• Facilitate reciprocal study and internship mobility
• Supporting academic missions and teacher mobility
• Promote higher education
• Encouraging mobility of vocational training trainees
