Company: Jampot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Jampot provides software solutions support for European ERP company for Manufacturing processes. To provide the services, we are looking for young and dynamic IT professional with ability to speak & write french language and a desire to work in IT support.

Job Position: ERP | Technical Support Analyst (2 Positions)

Education Qualification:
• Any degree/diploma
• Basics in Databases, SQL query and Scripting
• Experience of working on ERP and knowledge enhancement through Certifications
• Intermediate/Upper Intermediate level in any European language

Experience: 1- 3 Years’ experience

Responsibilities:
• Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications
• Research and respond to customer tickets and calls, and accurately resolve cases, in a timely manner and in accordance with established standards
• Document, test and debug new and existing software systems
• Escalating cases to higher tiers according to the defined protocols or by taking the required decision on situation basis
• Work on ERP project such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for glass manufacturing industries, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and internal control standards.
• Partner with customers regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases

Desired skills:
• Must be able to communicate in any European language & English
• Database operations, SQL knowledge and Scripting
• Ability to communicate with international partners

• Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good Documentation / Presentation Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to Multitask and prioritize work effectively
