Campus France in music
The Grand Tour is an initiative which aims at putting the cultural attractiveness of France under the spotlight. It was launched on January 15th by Laurent Fabius.

In the company of the godmother of the event, Isabelle Huppert, Laurent Fabius, Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development, officially announced the launch of the Grand Tour: during the next six months, 42 French culture events which received the Grand Tour label will benefit from an improved promotion. Other major events will complete the agenda of the Grand Tour, which will be broadcast throughout the network of embassies, cultural services abroad and Campus France Offices.

Among these events, Campus France launches Campus Monde en Musiques (Campus France in Music): the World Music Festival will particularly focus on foreign students who are invited to actively participate by playing their music on reserved scenes. Campus France en Musiques is organised under the joint coordination of Campus France and the CPU (Conference of University Presidents) by the universities, the grandes écoles and schools of engineering, in collaboration with local communities, the CROUS, student unions and Alliances françaises. The event aims at promoting the presence of 300,000 foreign students registered every year in French universities and grandes écoles through "their" music.

We will regularly inform you of the events of the Grand Tour and Campus Monde en Musiques project.

Campus Monde en Musiques is an event of the Grand Tour organised by Campus France in collaboration with the CPU and all the partners of the event: CDEFI, CGE, ADCEP World Music Festival, CROUS, AVUF, City of Paris, Alliances françaises, IXESN, UNEF, FAGE, Animafac and Radio Campus.
