Launch of France Alumni Uganda

The ceremony started with a speech from the Ambassador of France Stephanie Rivoal addressed to students who passed the french exams (DELF and Master degrees of french teaching). She talked about french language and culture ; and finally announced the official launch of France Alumni Uganda. 

Diplomas of french language students have been given : UPDF (Ugandan army) , Masters and the BELC. Then, a student, Felix, who received a scholarship from Campus France to study in Paris gave a testimony about his experience. 

One of the more deserving student of french language, Tom Maiga, received a scholarship to go to a linguistic and cultural training in France in august for 2 weeks.

The ceremony was followed by a cocktail : people enjoyed drinks, food, networking and were able to ask questions about Campus France, France Alumni and the Alliance française at their stands.
