Talks, Q&A and a round-table with Egyptian and French students, alumni and professionals to give the full spectrum, from training to employability, of a major field of excellence in France: culinary arts.
Our special guests will present their journeys, from gastronomy studies to the job market, their vision of the opportunities and the needed skill set in France and in Egypt :
- Farah Elcharkawi, IDAI alumni, Eiffel excellence scholarship holder, Pastry Chef trained at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie and Ecole Michalak
- Karim Abdelrahman, Chef and founder of « Privé avec Karim », trained at Ecole Ducasse and three-stared restaurant Guy Savoie (Paris)
- Hazem et Sherihan Fors, Chefs and owners of « Angelina Kyria », trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris
- Joude El Shennawy, Egyptian student in Bachelor International Culinary Arts Management at Institut Paul Bocuse since 2020 (Lyon)
- Patrick Renou, Head of vocational training at Lycée hôtelier de Dinard
