After India, before the United States of America, France is Years of Culture initiative’s guest country in 2020. The Exceptional Qatar-France Year of Culture 2020 will further strengthen the ties of friendship that unite France and Qatar by promoting the exchange of ideas and the sharing of knowledge between our two countries.
