SCAI is launching a series of webinars “AI in action” on the different AI fields of application. Webinars will take place in English on Zoom once a month on Tuesdays at 4pm (Paris time) and 7pm (Abu Dhabi time). For each webinar, one renown expert will present how AI is implemented in his/her field of expertise and will exchange views with the audience. The webinars last approximately one hour and are aimed at a diverse audience: students, professionals, managers, engineers…

As part of the UAE 50^th anniversary celebrations, the Abu Dhabi Airport Company, the Institut français in the UAE, BB Media and JCDecaux Middle East and Africa have joined forces to showcase local cultural creation by launching a call to graphic creation open to all people. For the first time in the world, amateur and professional artists are given the unique opportunity to exhibit their art in all the advertising billboards of a major international airport.

Candidates are invited to create a work of art, giving free rein to their imagination, by answering this question: “how will we travel in the future”. The applications can be submitted online by mail: [email protected] from the 6^th until the 26^th of June 2021.

Abu Dhabi airport launches competition for artists. Called the #ArtPortChallege, the competition has been organised by the Institut Francais in the UAE, advertising company JCDecaux, Abu Dhabi Airports Company and BB Media. The competition is open to artists and amateurs of any nationality and anyone above the age of 6. A total of nine winners from three categories – children, teenagers and adults – will be chosen and their works will be exhibited across 70 outdoor billboards at the airport.
