This morning, during the first seminar devoted to linguistic tourism in France, Matthias Fekl, minister of state for foreign trade, the promotion of tourism and French nationals abroad, announced the launch of a new app called “Immersion France.” It will be available to the public at the end of the year.

Developed by Campus France, this app is designed to facilitate the arrival of students, professionals and tourists who want to learn the French language during visits to France.

A number of functions will make it easier to navigate the various types of language-learning stays: summer language programs, training in new occupations, introduction to French culture… An interactive menu and images will help locate destinations, types of classes and schedules, as well as lodging possibilities.
