Veolia's Graduate program is a Group-wide program for young engineering graduates who are passionate about ecological transformation.
The aim of this program is to attract, train, and develop these young talents wherever the Group is present, with a view to their rapid promotion to management or expert positions. Each year, the
Graduate program offers a unique, dynamic, and accelerated career path to talented young people in the Group's various geographic regions.
Over the course of the 24-month program, graduates take on five different assignments in various entities, both in their home country and abroad. This enables them to learn about the Group's different
business lines and acquire a comprehensive vision of Veolia. At the same time, they are given training to support their progress and provide them with additional tools to better manage their careers within
the Group.

> Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
> Demonstrates a strong passion for environmental conservation and a keen interest in environmental sustainability and technology.
> Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
> Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building.
> Excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to address complex issues creatively and effectively.
> Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and productivity.
> Quick learner with a flexible mindset, readily adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
> Fluent in English; additional proficiency in French is highly valued and considered a plus.
