Program Objectives
We believe access to Energy is a basic human right. Our ultimate goal through this program is to nurture a new generation who is passionate, open to challenges and committed to innovative solutions that address the energy paradox: balancing our planet’s carbon footprint and the undisputable right of everyone to quality energy. The Energy Generation Program (EGP) is an exciting opportunity that aims to build a pipeline of highly skilled Young Talents to deliver the short-term and long-term vision of Schneider Electric.
It is designed to provide professional training courses and hands-on experience in various functions that an executive has to closely deal with in his/her daily management and at the same time bring it to life via specific project assigned in the chosen field.
Key Program Activities
• The Energy Generation Program provides minimum meaningful job rotations and a structured learning path focusing on commercial, engineering, supply chain as well as critical cross function skills. The Energy Generation Program 2016 – 2017 is focusing on particular following roles:
- EGP Commercial, focusing on Field Service Sales career (1 position)
- EGP Engineering, focusing on Process Automation (3 positions)
- EGP Global Supply Chain, focusing on Supply Chain Management (1 position)
• The Energy Generation Program also offers a 18 – 24 months full of unique exposure like mentoring and coaching; community of practice; sessions with inspiring leaders as well as cross country/function experience through at least 1 project or short term overseas experience.
• This program will provide you an opportunity to accelerate the career development within Schneider Electric worldwide.
Application Requirements
If you are:
- A graduate / post-graduate with an Electrical / Automation Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain Management degree with at least a 2nd Upper Honors or GPA 4/5 or equivalent;
- An individual with demonstrated leadership competency/potential, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- A mature and confident person who is looking to thrive in an open, dynamic and challenging environment;
- A highly proficient candidate in English and Vietnamese Language. TOEIC 700+ or equivalent;
- Candidates will be stationed on their origin country.
