Paris's best bistro has a Filipino touch!
This bistro run by two French-Filipino sisters Katia and Tatiana Levha, serves traditional French cuisine seasoned with an Asian flair. In the kitchen, Tatiana, 30, born in Manila and raised in Paris; comes up with simple yet impressive dishes, where the mixture of flavors surprises the taste buds. She was trained in some the city's besI restaurants, including L'Arpège and L'Astrance; headed by Michelin-starred chefs. Le Servan keeps the spirit of a traditional French bistro, and at the same time shows that Paris is a vibrant city, open to new influences from around the world.
